Who we are:

We believe that the ultimate measure of a company, its people, its products, and its services rests solely in the opinions of its customers. Our client list spans the United States, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada, and the Bermuda Ministry of Education; large urban to small rural school districts; high performing to what could be considered tragically under performing schools; and all-Black inner-city schools to all-White rural and suburban schools. Our books and materials are well-received and participants customarily present our co-founder, Mychal Wynn, with standing ovations. We invite you to talk to our clients and allow their comments to be the measure our effectiveness.

Client Comments

I want to thank you for the fantastic presentation to the eighth grade students at Bessie Coleman Middle School. Parents and teachers are still talking about the value of the information, material and how they will use it. Several students commented about their time with you and talked with excitement about going to college. You have given our students possibilities they never dreamed of before and their parents are now ready to take the driver's seat and make this happen. Your time here will not be forgotten and I believe lives have been changed.

Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction
Cedar Hills ISD

Mychal Wynn has helped me to lift my school to the achievement levels that I had hoped for. We had the highest increase in reading scores (26%) of any elementary school in our district. Our teachers are using all of the books, Building Dreams, the Eagles who thought They were Chickens, and Fight-Free Schools. Our parents are a part of our team and they are practicing the principles outlined in Ten Steps to Helping Your Child Succeed in School. Our children are being inspired to dream, they are internalizing our core values, and they are already focusing on a future that includes college.

Principal
Flower City Elementary School

Mychal, thank you for two wonderful presentations. Our conference attendees have indicated that they want you to be on the program at every conference. Your message is clear, your strategies are easily implementable, and your passion for children is undeniable.

You have worked a miracle today. Your presentation has my teachers excited about the opening of school. They understand my vision and with your guidance they have incorporated our school's vision into each of their respective grade-level visions. We are off to a great start and eagerly anticipate helping our children to spread their wings and soar toward their dreams.

Barbara Hires
Assistant Superintendent
Former Principal
Maximo Elementary School
St. Petersburg, FL

You have helped our teachers to internalize our vision and you have inspired them to work collaboratively as we begin the arduous process of turning our school into a National Blue Ribbon School. They are excited about the new year, the new challenges, and the new direction of our school community.
