On Wednesday, March 19, 1997, Mychal Wynn left his wife, two children, and home in Atlanta, Georgia, in the best physical condition of his life. A routine trip to Los Angeles to work with teachers in both the Pasadena and Los Angeles School Districts turned into what many would consider a nightmare.

Mychal spent the next 29 days at the St. Luke Medical Center in Pasadena, California in intensive care clinging to life. A spider bite and Strep infection sent his body into septic shock resulting in kidney failure, retina cysts, heart attack, blood clot, and a stroke.

Over fifteen doctors worked to save his life while Mychal stayed focused on the goodness, mercy, and promises of God. "While your circumstances may be out of your control, you and you alone are in control of your attitude. It is easy to hold onto your faith and maintain a positive attitude when everything is going right. The test of your character and integrity will come only when you are consumed in darkness and are able to believe in the light. Only then will you have personal testimony to your faith in the grace and mercy of God."

This book shares his journey, the healing scriptures which he affirmed, and is an inspiration to all who are troubled.
